What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

We highlight its real usefulness to make a digital marketing automation system work, providing the capacity and agility of sending emails in an optimal way, segmenting those that are aimed at a certain group of leads, or avoiding unread emails. Act-On focuses on what is really important, this being an ideal platform to achieve the goals of customer reach and loyalty, in addition to being a great link to the CRM and the achievements that can be achieved by integrating two platforms that enhance this function. I have no doubt that since we use Act-On we improve the search for objectives through a simple, fast and efficient workflow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The main automation function is my main reason why it is so functional in my work and one of my favorite platforms on the market. It is a really powerful tool to automate various e-marketing functions, with really useful tools and integrations. It allows us to develop our commercial strategy through email automation, where the use of templates, message customization and configuration for sending emails adjusted to our work needs has been very useful, allowing us to deliver the commercial message in a quick and easy way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although the integrations are bold and allow for greatly expanding CRM functions, some errors have occurred when using the platform, where real-time synchronization does not seem to be so present, on the contrary, it really takes time to see the updates in the changes. It doesn't have many intuitive features within its tools, I would think that a platform like this would have the tools exactly where I would think they are, but I have been surprised to realize that they don't, so in my handling of the platform I have not found many intuitive options for the management of the tools and functions that I need at a given time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is important to investigate each tool and function of the platform to understand where they are located in the control panel, so that in any case of emergency or need to react quickly you know where to look. Act-On is a highly functional tool, it allows marketing automation and makes the work world a more optimal and efficient space to build loyalty with each of our clients.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

For my company, the most important thing is Act-On's ability to work with our Dynamics CRM. We also like the ease of use within the Act-On ecosystem, including the ability to create and test emails and automation. Their constant progress towards AI features and more segmentation is nice.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to create and curate specific email automation that targets segments within our CRM database is paramount. Act-On helps us perform this without fail.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are certain aspects within Act-On's usability that could be improved. For example, the ability to pause all automation at once or changing the footer update for all emails at once would be fantastic. Little things like those aren't dealbreakers, but have an effect when they arise.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure it will work with your CRM first! Aside from that, make sure your team knows what you want to do with marketing automation. It's a powerful tool, but also you want your company to have reasonable expectations going forward. It's great to combine the emails from Act-On with other marketing materials and collaborations to create an "ecosystem" designed to be top of mind and generate interest.
