What differentiates Acronis Cyber Protect Email Backup from other similar products?

During a server migration project, we relied on its hybrid setup to seamlessly split patient data between on-premise servers and the cloud while meeting HIPAA regulations—it handled it like a champ.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The smart tiering feature. We used it for managing imaging data from our radiology department, keeping everything accessible without bloating our storage costs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wanted to set up specific metrics to monitor storage usage trends for compliance audits, but the options were limited. It’s something you can work around, but it’s not as intuitive as you’d hope

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ensure your team spends time understanding the tiering policies—it’s a great feature, but a little fine-tuning goes a long way in optimizing costs and performance.

By cost, Acronis backup has very much cost-effective plans and efficiency.

Recently Acronis enabled mandate 2FA in the environments which make it different with other integrations.
