What differentiates 15Five Focus from other similar products?

15Five is constantly innovating. Their new dashboards really show the effectiveness of managers and give a constant pulse on how the team is doing. Support and Sales work hand-in-hand to deliver great results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Loving the new manager dashboards

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wish there were more integrations, but I know those come in time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hands down best talent management/engagement product out there.
