What differentiates 15Five Focus from other similar products?

15Five's amazing design is very motivating for our staff, everyone interacts with it positively ensuring that plans are implemented and goals are achieved smoothly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With 15Five I love the ease of approving the main objectives for each stage, I love the transparency of the evaluations and reviews. With 15Five we can see the progress rates according to the KPIs and the updates and recommendations related to them directly on our own boards. I love our ability to discuss the rates in complete privacy with direct managers and conduct reviews as required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no complications. 15Five is very straightforward and easy to use for everyone at all stages. Its documentation capabilities are very useful in enhancing transparency.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

15Five is an urgent necessity for any organization / team to maintain a workflow that ensures achieving the goals according to the approved plans, and to ensure the continuity of reviews that contribute to improving performance.

The feature of giving High fives to your peers and letting them know they are doing great!

Sometimes, the follow-up feature gets stuck, and it won't let me check it as complete.
