KUDO, a cloud-based solution for multilingual business collaboration, now offers real-time sign language interpretation for web conferencing. The news coincides with the 13th anniversary of the United Nations Convention of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
Key takeaways include:

- The solution works on computers and smartphones

Our Take
KUDO dramatically moves the web conferencing market into a more inclusive space, putting pressure on other large web conferencing vendors to follow suit. Indeed, to not do so leaves out entire communities from participating in this form of team collaboration.
Furthermore, with such small latency times (necessary for its solution to work effectively), KUDO will surely have attracted attention from market leaders either in or interested in web conferencing. Given KUDO is a small start-up from Manhattan, expect an acquisition in the next few years.
