The security policies are adaptable depending on your role, position or department, so it allows to have access at specific tools, Apps, or navigation as needed.

What differentiates Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange from other similar products?

That is super secure and allows you to customize different security layers. If you are a salesperson or an IT person, you can have secure access depending on your daily duties without having a concern that your data is insecure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the fact of how quickly you can connect to ZScaler and have a secure session.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When you start using it, it's not intuitive, you will need help from the security team, but once you know how to handle it, you will work fine with it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be aware that the product works pretty well, but your security team is responsible for setting up correctly every security policy. If your security team does a bad job on that, you can't blame ZScaler for that. So the best advice > plan on a good implementation

It brings cloud native security technologies like SWG, CASB, ZTNA, and FWaaS in particular which help users or system to connect securely. It can be managed centrally. Key factors it includes: 1. Zero trust network access 2. Application peering and optimisation 3. Full inline SSL inspection at scale 4. A cloud-first architecture

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to deploy and manage as an automated, cloud-delivered Service which reduces IT cost and complexity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Doesn’t provide details of SSL inspection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product to increase productivity and it is very much reliable in terms of many aspects.
