What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
Since we bought this software in the company, our sales have increased and we have obtained many more clients and projects, because of its wide database, where we get relevant information of many potential clients. And the marketing functions it offers allow us to approach them in a smarter way to generate contracts and sales.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a good integration with other crm softwares that allow us to improve the sales work. It has many features such as advanced search and mail contacts, which help in obtaining new customers. Its interface is extremely intuitive, no knowledge is needed to learn how to use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does not have a smart list, where potential customers are more accurately listed according to the field of the company. We had problems installing the software and its technical support did not provide all the help we wanted, so we resorted to external help for proper installation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoominfo is the smartest way to increase potential customers and generate new sales for any company regardless of its field, because it has the largest database of potential customers and all the necessary tools and functions, so that these data become sales for the company.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
The lead generation tool is very different from other products, the best thing about the product is, its very easy to use and set up different personas and get data pertinent to those personas
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The insights you get for visitors of the website is great as it helps in understanding if the qualified leads are interested in products by visiting our website
What do you dislike most about this product?
The accuracy of the data is not 100%, some of the people are not updated and the emails bounce.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I say this is a very important tool to find the right leads which helps in demand generation and brand awareness. We have converted almost 20% of the leads which were provided by Zoominfo helping us to get the right data to the target. Its a very nice and user friendly tool in the market
