What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

I use zoom 2 or 3 times a week now I use more than before. revolutionized the way of doing online meetings, with zoom we have a lot to gain , but connected people at the same time, love to make presentations through zoom and escorts with family and friends, and in the most important work meetings, the zoom meets very well the need. very light and currently very safe, I like the zoom, and the free version is excellent, the paid version has an excellent cost, it is a complete software for all audiences, we can close the microphones and authorize who will talk, we can make video calls, we have the chat chat and we can also record the meetings, among many functions, only enter the room with the permission of the moderator of the room. the support is very excellent, it responds very fast!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the zoom solved a number of problems mainly in the work meetings I do not need to go to the customer or supplier, we can do it by extending the presentation of a product service until making budgets, allowed me to continue with meetings, schedules etc., with meetings and conversations and better with zooming, reduced the costs of my car , this was the most impactful for me. I do integrations with zoom and youtube when needed, the very full zoom is very robust, lightweight and secure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

right when i started using the zoom the issue of lack of security worried me at first, there was a lot of news about the security of the zoom and i was very worried. and I was very happy when it was improved, well the zoom has a lot of tools, but at first you couldn’t get everything fast just after using it 2 or 3 times you’re already very good to use it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom offers several useful and pleasant resources for those who use the software. We can make connection integrations in live lives on YouTube and Facebook for business presentations, products or services and send invitations to potential customers, excellent for medium or large companies that want to use the zoom software, news programs like TV newspapers use the zoom because it is indispensable at the present moment, and they benefit from its offered resources, the videoconference is one of my favorites. for product presentation services to our customers remotely. and currently videoconferencing tools are indispensable to the internet this every day but powerful for all markets !!

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Zoom has a great feature that's useful for my business -- the ability to record meetings. I interview people for various projects, and having that is essential to me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the ease of use and the ability to define security measures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that I can't customize my dashboard or my view to any great extent. It's pretty limited in what views you can have.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at whether a free program might give you the same features and more customization than Zoom can.
