What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Unlike other tools, Zoom has good connection / quality and integrates easily with Google Calendar. Easy and intuitive user experience. Easily able to share screens, chat within the meeting / add comments, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is one of my favorite software when I work. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Very often I find myself using this tool to communicate internally. Whether it is to share information, ideas, content or team meetings or if it is used to communicate efficiently with a partner or prospect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no negative objection regarding its characteristics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Zoom because it is a fast, easy, affordable, and very direct way of doing business and provides the ability to get better and higher results as quickly as possible.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Zoom has benefited me in various business meetings, with various functionalities for internal and external use such as chat, video webinars and conference rooms, thus adapting to my needs in real time. Recording functions are kept up to date.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- The ease of use is truly unmatched. - Having a web and desktop application, and a mobile version allows the greatest accessibility for anyone. - Allows you to schedule meetings in advance and send the invitation by email. - I can share images, documents, screen, files and links without problems. -The image and audio quality is very good, even much better than other platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is only one feature that I do not like is the session in the free version, I know it is free and there should be a difference between the free version and the paid version, but maybe they could increase the time of each free session to 1 hour and 45 minutes. .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

During this Covid-19 pandemic, it's easy to stay connected and have meetings. Zoom will provide the functionalities you need to organize a meeting that is easy to join for users from different locations.
