Zoom is a really fantastic platform, I would consider this platform to be one of the best for open communication in the video conferencing and online calling environment, however, one of the most notable features and that make this platform different from others, is that it has the ability to help create videoconferences with greater fluidity while maintaining the best possible video quality, therefore, this allows communication to unfold in a more comfortable environment for all participants.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like that Zoom offers me a perfect adaptation of the platform for my mobile devices. Currently, I use an iPad and my iOS phone, and on both devices the Zoom application is excellent, its agility to process all types of videoconferences, the perfect sending and receiving of messages and above all, the excellent stable connectivity, is what allows this App has such a good performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only negative factor that needs to be mentioned about Zoom is its ability to send and receive documents or files. Sending files over the Zoom network is very slow. Sending becomes a little faster when no video conference is taking place, however, when a video conference is taking place, and trying to send some files to a specific person or a general group, the sending takes too long, considering that the files you are trying to send are not so heavy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Despite the low speed that Zoom offers when sending and receiving files, I still consider that it is a platform that is very worthwhile because it offers that perfect video quality and that fluidity that many companies need today. Zoom is one of the platforms that offers the best video quality. I would also recommend it because it is a platform that you can take everywhere, either from your cell phone or from a tablet, in the same way you will have a similar experience and stable communication will always be present.

Zoom is outstanding, in terms of its user interface it is simple and practical with the capacity so that users with little or no training can manipulate it while other similar ones are difficult to start.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is an effective application that I like. It keeps me in touch with my co-workers and clients through work meetings held from different places. Facilitates waiting rooms; As the organizer of my meetings, I can verify, verify or deny who can really participate. We can plan and organize meetings through computers or mobile phones by sending reminders for scheduled meetings, which is convenient if the option to change schedules or reschedule them is presented. It allows the use of the camera to work the images captured by webcam, this is achieved simply by adjusting the HD preference to use videos efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

These are times where there are plenty of arguments to request the assistance of software, even more so in our work area for teleworking then, why not comment on this great application which is collaborative and extreme in its functions so that we have not had problems or situations about it while in use.

I recommend Zoom for the variety of functions that it offers it is easy and simple to install it is optional to manage and run online meetings with coworkers from anywhere with its cloud-based platform the user assistance is satisfactory and direct 24/7.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Zoom for its great capacity and availability of maximum members to our meetings from different places, some of the most privileged characteristics are: to share screens between participants, it has the chat function to chat online, it allows camera and audio control, has and allows the use of virtual backgrounds, facilitates the portrait and gallery view, provides URL codes for invitations to a meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It bothers me that the free version has a limit on the number of minutes you can call, but overall I am extremely grateful for this software.

I recommend it is an easy to use application with basic and necessary practical virtues when it comes to video conferencing and meetings on the web.
