What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?
I love Zoom because it has a clean user interface, it is not complicated, it does not generate delays when connecting, and the image and audio quality far exceeds many active competitors in the market, it is the best solution to prevent covid-19.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing about Zoom is the ease of use, because I didn't have to be an expert to use it for the first time, because the options are clear and precise, the learning curve is very short and the quality of audio and video goes hand in hand with the internet connection you have. Previously we used Zoom almost every day, but now with the pandemic we use it every day, because that way we have more social distancing and avoid infections. We connect with many colleagues and clients and we do not have to be precisely in the company's offices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not like that the free version is limited to 40 minutes, it should be longer, to be able to appreciate more details that this platform has if the person is new to its use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In the face of covid-19, using Zoom has become a necessary fashion, since it is the best way to be close to people in a virtual way and avoid contagion, in addition the connection is stable, sometimes it disconnects, but it is due to Internet connection, you can also communicate with many people at the same time and connect from your computer, phone or tablet, the truth Zoom has become the preferred platform for meetings and video conferencing and the pandemic has driven it.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?
Zoom is a much better user experience both for the prospect and the sales person. Its just much easier to connect and to share screen, etc. Also, the Outlook calendar integration is a huge plus!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like having a personal zoom room, so I don't have to create meetings ahead of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Would like to have an easier way to assign permanent co-hosts to every users account.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am very happy with Zoom, since we made the switch from GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar. The control panel is much cleaner, the Outlook and Calendly integrations and the basic quality of the screensharing make it a winner for us.
