To me, Zoom is the best video conference option.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Zoom's collection of industry leading features is what I believe sets it apart from similar products. From screen sharing to usage insights, content sharing , integration and even the ability to improve ones facial appearance during conference calls , Zoom leaves me wanting nothing extra as a user.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom's uniform interface and the reliable call quality it offers is the best of my experience on the Zoom platform . The fact that Zoom maintains a uniform interface across mobile , web browser and desktop puts three options in my hands, whenever I need to join or initiate video calls using the Zoom platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom used to be very susceptible to hacker attacks. In time past, I have found myself in group conference calls where unknown parties joined and interrupted team calls. The last time this happened was probably three years ago, thus I am of the opinion that Zoom must be improving in the aspect of security. Despite this improvement , the fact we had such aforementioned poor experience is a grey area in terms of my overall Zoom experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I just believe Zoom is a platform to consider for professionals seeking reliability in video conferencing, that is not affected by the number of meeting participants.
