Zoom provides useful features such as share sharing , work on low net bandwidth , provides custom filters for video background

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom does work better on low internet connection unlike its competitors, zoom has better pricing .

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom’s UI is not that user friendly .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go through proper documentation and use the Background filters provided in video conferencing

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

It's easy to use, reliable, and lets you connect with people across the globe. That's a win in my book.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have to balance usability with security. The good news is, Zoom offers features like two-factor authentication and AES-256 encryption, which is pretty darn good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom fatigue is a real issue for me and my mates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Absolutely use Zoom, but implement strong security protocols and train your team to be vigilant.
