What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

The functionality of screen sharing. The program doesn't always open correctly and some have problems calling in and getting quality audio.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I don't have a favorite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The opening process. It tries to open 2 sessions of the same meeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at all functionality aspects.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

I have only ever used Zoom so I don't have anything to compare it to.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to see everyone, real time, no lag in video or audio quality, ability to share a screen

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I hare my screen I often can't see the people or myself. On a few occasions I have been able to. I can't figure out how to see people while I am sharing my screen. It is quite annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great way to gather a bunch of people together and share. I haven't used, but have heard of the breakout rooms and they sound very effective and seamless in toggling between the rooms and the group as a whole.
