What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Zoom allows for a mass mute option, limiting the unmutes. It also has breakout room functions that are great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Screen sharing and mass muting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes my videos that I am sharing with students really lag due to the useage on the computer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to share your computer sound if you want participants to hear anything. Use the breakout rooms for more personalized conversation. Don't forget to name yourself!
