What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

It allows meetings with many people and has enough tools to better manage audiences

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its tools provide great functionality that allows large meetings to be managed better.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the software does not react to the actions given to it and several times I had errors with the initial settings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It would be a good idea to train all employees who will use the platform to avoid interruptions when being in the meeting, something like a good practice.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

The tool has remote control functionality as one of the differentials. This adds value because other competing tools do not have this important feature. Zoom's support service is also very fast and is always ready to resolve any type of question or technical problem if it exists.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom offers a videoconferencing platform to make virtual meetings and presentations without leaving the office. One of the things I like most is its simple but complete interface with features like screen sharing, mute all, remote control, authorization to enter the room and other features. Everything works very well and without problems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Prices may be negative for some, but I can say that Zoom complies with all the features and delivers a video tool with excellent quality and HD audio and without various bugs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is a tool that I highly recommend for not having any problems and helping me a lot in meetings at a distance. Everything is functional and without delays and errors. The tool is very intuitive and user friendly. You don't have to be in the IT field to use it.
