It requires user to download an app if using from smartphone or tablet.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Zoom is captivating in video calls, it allows you to connect with all the company staff at the same time, visualizing their faces also offers wonderful useful options for training, giving talks, and seminars to the rest of your colleagues, great for talking with colleagues, and sending messages privately from group chat, also everyone can chat at the same time and at the same time keep their cameras on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Like Zoom allows you to direct the audio and video parts of work teams, display polls and whiteboards to interact and monitor the chat box when questions arise, it is intuitive when new employees access webinars or other calls, without difficulties to connect and interact during sessions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am discouraged that Zoom for premium subscription plans has high costs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Zoom for setting up rooms for small groups, efficient for live transcriptions, great and practical for live streaming to our social media platforms, YouTube.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Zoom is a software that offers very complete video call services on the web and through mobile devices or computers, with an excellent system through the cloud that allows videoconferences, chat rooms, audio calls and recording these sessions while they are in progress. performing, it is also available for different PC and smartphone operating systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With Zoom, if you have connectivity problems, everything is chaos, it requires a good internet connection for its proper functioning.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Zoom for its virtuous rooms, they allow it to host a large number of users simultaneously, it facilitates several tools to control meetings.
