My ideal video conferencing software solution.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

A key allure of Zoom for me , is the integration it has with every single productivity application I use in the course of work. By integrating Zoom with third party software products, I am able to enrish my video conferencing experience while also connecting different software tools together.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is the most collaborative of every audio/video conference I have had experience with. Its collection of collaborative and whiteboarding features, enables I and my team members to work together from wherever we are.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom has always had security lapses. Although Zoom has come up with provisions over the years like meeting lock , and the ability to remove meeting participants, as protectors for users against security breeches,, I still experience security lapses once in a while.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom simply gets the job done. Since my company moved from Bluejeans to Zoom a few years ago, because Bluejeans was closing down, it has been my best experience with any video conference tool.

I feel that all the products are more or less similar.

There is no such thing which I dislike about zoom

Someone who wants to record the meeting should definitely use this product due to its video recording with cloud storage options feature

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Compared to other platforms, I find zoom more sophisticated and user-friendly. It has everything you need without being too complicated. Moreover, nearly everybody has it hence getting individuals attend meetings is not hard.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom simply simplifies things or procedures. It is easy to connect with my employees or colleagues and what I like most is that one can share screens and use those unique virtual backgrounds. You appear in person but no need for travelling.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times the connection becomes poor especially if the internet is not good for everyone. Another thing is that those zoom bombers are really annoying but the good news is that they have added more security tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Therefore, if you want a reliable means of meeting people online then try out zoom. It is the best. I will recommend it to everyone for using it.
