What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

It has a speech/language translation caption feature which significantly helps while interacting with people from other geographic regions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamless video conferencing even with less internet bandwidth. Ability to create polls over calls for voting to get participants opinion to make a decision.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only limited to video conferencing

I think loading time in this app is the best one compared to others.

I do not like the hardship I got on the mobile app, it needs to be a lot better.

I would recommend them to try it with the app too, in this case they might explore more features.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

User-Friendly Interface, Comprehensive Features: It offers a wide range of features including video conferencing, screen sharing, virtual whiteboarding, and chat functionality, providing a comprehensive solution for communication and collaboration needs. Great for large meetings or webinars. The largest one I participated in was for 300+ people. Extremely useful for studying purposes where participants should be divided into groups.

Video recording, hand rising. rooms feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Popup window with the question if I like to open Zoom app whenever I try to open zoom link.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Utilize Zoom's training resources, tutorials, and support channels to learn how to use the platform effectively
