What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It isn't different from others, but the zoom brand name confers a fair amount of legitimacy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to contact peers in real time through the zoom app allows me to make calls from anywhere.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any major issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend assessing the other tools out there and pick a good brand name. The market is somewhat saturated, so it's best to go with a trusted name.
