What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

1- Easy to use and connect. 2- Great to use for professional meeting. 3- Multi platform supported. 4- Good audio and video quality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1- Audio and video of meetings in zoom phone is well-balanced and clear. 2 - It is easy to use, and the customer support is very responsive and fast in solving problems. 3 - The user interface of the application is beautiful to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1- Multitasking while using zoom phone is a hefty task. 2 - There is latency issue while screen sharing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, Zoom Phone is a lightweight application that provides all the necessary features of zoom. The meetings can be organized seamlessly without any hassle.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

We need a more advanced an upgraded phone system that is less costly and with tons of features that are more powerful and Zoom phone was our perfect fit for our user case. It worked great in our environment, and we have never experienced lagging or bad connections. On an admin perceptive there are many features available to control sessions which made my work easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides high quality connection for both audio and video calls. We have been able to stay connected with my colleagues and collaborate efficiently. It integrates with Slack and i can make direct call from the Slacks interface which helps me not to waste time to switch between applications. With an intuitive dashboard, it makes it easier to keep monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnose Zoom Phone call quality and network issues. It has enabled us to have flexible and agile communication across the whole of the organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing i dislike about it is useful and the best to use, although it requires string Internet connections.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom phone is an effective communication tool that gives us the flexibility need of getting connected with clients and colleagues even on the move. The quality is the best and no lag issues. I highly recommend it.
