What differentiates Zoho from other similar products?
What differentiates Zoho from other similar products is how simple it is to use and adapt to the need of our workforce without much human inputs like the other similar products. It simply integrates with other products we use and works nicely with our workflow. It's also reasonably priced when compared to comparable items, therefore we made the right decision.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Myy favorite aspect of ZOHO is the integration aspect of the product. It simply integrates with other products we use and works nicely with our workflow.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What dislike most about ZOHO is the custom functions' programming language. Meanwhile, the document merge feature occasionally merges incorrect text and lacks typefaces. Also, the quality of the downloadeable charts are not too good.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For those who have never used any of the other CRMs available, Zoho is a fantastic choice for beginners. Using this program has been an incredible experience for me. To the extent that I advise all of my company development customers to use this CRM when they launch their enterprises. So, I would recommend!

I love how everything is streamlined and connected. i can use the entire interface with many features. i love calendar integration
