What differentiates Zoho Vault from other similar products?

My colleagues and I may share passwords without jeopardizing data security. Prior to utilizing Zoho Vault, I was prone to either using the same password for all of my accounts or not using a password at all. I can make really secure passwords without having to worry about remembering them all. Zoho Vault additionally includes a password generator that generates passwords that meet account-specific restrictions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The password-protection and encryption capabilities of Zoho Vault are arguably the most useful. This is a significant benefit, particularly if you have many accounts with different passwords. It simplifies my daily routine and makes it simple to share passwords with others. When you are on the relevant connection, it instantly fetches the data from the vault, which also aids in detecting when a scammer is attempting to phish your accounts

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you forget the Zoho Vault master password, the authentication process will be complicated. Even if it succeeds, it will delete all of your previously saved passwords, which might be an issue if you don't have a backup. Another point I dislike is that you have to download the extension in order for it to work properly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I can suggest it because we've stored a lot of passwords in Zoho Vault for commercial purposes so far easily sync across devices, and you may try zoho vault for free to see whether you like it, so you can decide for yourself with little effort and no money invested. It's so cheap that you could give it a try for a few months and lose nothing.

It is at a lower price point and it does more things with a team setup.

Easy to setup and use. It is available on multiple devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent product for team password management. It is easy to add or remove employees. Never lose data again because you do not have the password.
