The user interface is easy to navigate and use. Integrates with other Zoho applications. The customer support is fast and responsive.

It provides many templates for surveys. You can create customizable surveys. There are custom themes. The reporting is advanced.

What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?

Zoho Survey offers the flexibility to work on PC and mobile devices to create custom surveys. The interface and visuals are very attractive and friendly, easy to understand and use. Templates are other features that help in the practicality and speed of creating surveys.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Survey has been a great ally of our IT and marketing teams to collect information from our users and customers about our systems and software developed by systems engineering. What I've liked the most is the software's intelligence and ease of creating forms with the help of wizards and templates. The analysis reports are also complete and help in decision making.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho Survey has not experienced any technical issues, errors or bugs with our teams so far. Everything works perfectly fine.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend the use of this software for any type of person and company that wants to create personalized surveys and forms in order to collect user opinions in order to improve the services. The tool is practical, easy to use and inexpensive.
