I like that Zoho Sign is straightforward to use. The Software makes it easy to send and request documents for signing Everything is online and therefore in real time. I like that Zoho Sign is affordable and that it integrates with other Zoho products

What differentiates Zoho Sign from other similar products?
The best secure and reliable solution from Zoho universe for digit signature. It follows a lot of security protocol, and they use public-key cryptography with AES-256 encryption, which makes me tension-free. Integration with the third-party API is also very smooth. Very easy to sign a digital document from Gmail. Even signed copies can be uploaded/sent through Google Drive, DropBox, Box, OneDrive, etc. It supports many document formats, i.e., pdf, jpg, jpeg, doc, etc. Eventually, it saves a lot of time. Just within a few minutes, complete processes like creating, sending, sign documents. Cost-effectiveness make this platform pocket friendly
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simplicity is my favourite aspect in helping me out with day-to-day work. Integration with other applications is essential because, in the contract agreement business, other applications are also involved. For example, the platform will very intelligently embed your inbox into the CRM application, which makes life easier and time-saving. It allows signing invoices and preliminary estimates. Also, the recipient will get restricted if the sending invoices or preliminary has not been signed. The multi-platform availability of this application is also a favourite aspect that break dependency at the client/vendor ends in order to complete sign-in.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am a big fan of Zoho products, and their products are keep growing performance-wise. They are very much helpful on any issue reported by users end. So no complaints, no issue from my end. Only I would suggest through this channel to improvise on a few pre-defined templates will also be helpful and sometimes notice a minor hiccup while sending a multi-signatory document.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Universe product is no more hungry for recommendations because Zoho became a brand nowadays which has a lot of applications such as Zoho email, Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Sprint, Zoho Meeting, Zoho people, Zoho Books, and many more. Purchase a complete Zoho universe at a reasonable cost and life will become cosy. The best thing about the Zoho team they are 100% customer-centric and all their products are super user-friendly, so Zoho Sign is.
