What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration of documents and customization of templates is our favorite feature of this product. This tool has made contract management effective by integrating with other cloud-storage applications like one drive, Dropbox, and googleDrive. Zoho Sign also works directly on Microsoft teams and Gmail. Moreover, we can customize every template and contract without any limitations. The customization feature proved to be a great deal in contract agreements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Another problem we have noticed in the tool is its deployment difficulty. It took us months to fully install this technology in our business. Additionally, we couldn't sign the documents on the email, so we had to download them first and then re-upload them on the Zoho Sign app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try to get the most out of the software by using it on as many platforms as possible. This feature is exclusively available to the Zoho Sign software. We can use the tool on various media, including the web, Android, iOS, and more. Zoho Sign works well and has supportive applications for all platforms.

I overall love Zoho, Zoho Sign offers a user interface that is simple to grasp, and it also integrates with Google Drive. With Zoho Sign, securely signing and emailing documents is also a breeze. A high level of security is the best thing that takes it up in the technology world.

For my clients and me, Zoho Sign makes it simple, quick, and safe to set up and start our coaching relationship. It is useful since it combines with other Zoho products. I like how simple it is to design intuitive and user-friendly templates. This program has made putting together documents and customizing requirements a breeze.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, I have had no problems using Zoho Sign's electronic signature capture and document management features. I can't have someone sign an electronic document in front of me, I'm waiting for this functionality to be implemented before I can incorporate it into our procedure.

You should give it a try if you wish to sign documents from any location without sacrificing data confidentiality. I support Zoho Sign because it provides excellent and valuable capabilities for signing papers electronically, saving us money, paper, and most importantly, time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing we don't like about the tool, but it has some drawbacks that they should consider. The support system of the agency is lacking. Whenever we have attempted to get in touch with customer service, the response is late and uncooperative. Zoho Sign doesn't prioritize customer service and is notorious for delaying responding to inquiries.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While using the tool for online contracts and digital signatures, try to get maximum benefits by creating and customizing the templates to your requirements. This platform lets us personalize as much as possible to meet the needs of different clients and vendors. The customization feature is unique, intuitive, and limited to the Zoho Sign software.
