What differentiates Zoho Meeting from other similar products?

It would be wonderful if the limit on the number of attendees to a meeting is greater than 250 participants per seminar.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Zoho Meeting is a software that allows conducting meetings interactively which is very interesting and attractive for our work, this tool allows the option of holding meetings, online seminars, sharing videos, web cameras, interactive surveys and analysis , presentations, record the presentation or meeting where we are participating and then share its content with team members, attendees and clients. I love this software because meetings and webinars can be run from the same platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is uncomfortable when meetings via mobile devices in some cases experience delays in audio and video.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this software, it has a specialized blocking option for optimal security and privacy, it offers add-ons for advanced audio calls and additional storage.

Zoho Meeting is a service that offers a wonderful experience when holding web meetings, for the hosts it is very easy to schedule meetings for their team, due to the completeness of this software. One feature that I love about this platform is its instant chat, as it allows us to easily share ideas and communicate between teams through written chat in the middle of meetings. A factor that makes this service ideal for people from different countries to use are the different languages that this platform integrates with, compared to other services Zoho Meeting is a completely universal platform, its integration of emails to calendars is an excellent functionality of this platform, since it integrates with ZohoMail, Gmail, Outlook, among others, meetings can be added to the schedule of its users from meeting invitation messages with a couple of clicks, in general this service has great potential to meet the needs of its users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I believe that the only disadvantage that this service has is its support team, since it is very deficient and when there are problems with the operation of this software they do not provide solid answers to help their users solve the problem, this is really something urgent that has to be corrected to prevent their users from having unpleasant experiences with this service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I work with the Zoho Meeting service to hold meetings with my team at the company where I currently work. I must say that I feel very comfortable using this service to hold my business meetings because of the high quality and comfort it offers, as it really is an excellent service. One factor that influenced a lot to make this platform an ideal service for me is its wide capacity to connect people in a single meeting.

Zoho Meeting is a very solid service, I believe that the stability and functionality of its connection is a factor that makes this platform ideal for any professional to acquire. I believe that this service has a very innovative design to understand and satisfy the communication needs that people have today, I sincerely recommend it with a lot of guarantee.

Is a platform that allows you to make video conferences, meetings, chat, messaging through the network in an easy and simple, bringing various tools that make it special for companies and work organizations, unlike the others is imperative, and special.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it because I can have 20 members of my marketing group, and work with them online, I can send my marketing, purchase and sales reports everything related to my work in an easy and simple way, their board is quite friendly and their technical support solves any situation you have to solve.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The last version that is found of the application is very limited, it is blocked constantly this happens in my android phone, I have also tried to uninstall it but it does not let me, the phones that it has for VoIP are very limited, reason why they should review this option to improve it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very easy to install, is easy to access and has a very economical cost, for all the features it offers to its users, very easy to use and its technical service is willing to solve any situation or problem with the program, I can not complain are pretty good at their job
