My favorite aspect of Zoho Cliq is its seamless and efficient communication platform. It allows me to connect and collaborate with my team effortlessly. With its user-friendly interface, I can send instant messages, make audio and video calls, and even share files all in one place. The ability to create dedicated channels for different projects or topics keeps everything organized and accessible. I also love the integration with other Zoho apps, making it easy to manage tasks, share documents, and schedule meetings without switching between multiple platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One aspect of Zoho Cliq that I find disappointing is its limited integration options. While it offers seamless communication within teams, the platform lacks extensive integrations with other popular tools and applications. This limitation hampers my workflow as I often rely on cross-platform collaboration. I would greatly appreciate it if Zoho Cliq expanded its integration capabilities, enabling a more streamlined and interconnected experience.

It is unique among other programs because it provides additional functions in addition to those that are essential. The call quality for both voice and video, as well as for group conversations, is excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Over the course of more than two years, we have found Zoho Cliq to be incredibly useful. The ease of use and compatibility with other Zoho applications boost its attractiveness. It is possible to begin a Zoho video/audio meeting, take notes throughout the meeting, and have those notes show up as a chat in Cliq. You may set up reminders and appointments, and you'll receive push notifications and emails about them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Schedulers are a helpful component that can be found in Zoho cliq. They are highly helpful for performing a variety of jobs that require repetition. However, putting one together can be a fairly challenging endeavor.Additionally, we have received a couple of complaints from users regarding the fact that they are not receiving push notifications on the mobile app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because it is so simple to operate, the program comes highly recommended by me. Simple to put into action. I've used it for a number of years, and there have been no major issues.
