it offers great value for the money and have almost every feature that any business might need

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The price is my favorite aspect as well as the fact that it basically includes every feature that you might think of or need

What do you dislike most about this product?

there's a bug where sometimes a call ends abruptly or you get disconnected for no reason but it doesn't occur that often and hasn't really impacted work at all

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend going with the full zoho suite as it offers great value for the money

What differentiates Zoho Cliq from other similar products?

We are given a comprehensive framework for team communication using Zoho Cliq. With Zoho Cliq, we can collaborate on files and documents much faster and from any device. In my case, I use it from my cell phone and I prefer it to the desktop version because the user interface in the mobile application is more concrete and straightforward. I also like all of the communication features it offers (real-time chat, audio/video calls, and channels).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find Zoho Cliq to be a surprisingly user-friendly tool. I especially like how quickly we can drag and drop files and documents into the chat; this makes it easy for us to collaborate with our teammates. Zoho Cliq also lets us hold private or group meetings and make audio/video calls. I also like how the UI is organized and clean. It also has everything users may need to communicate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing wrong with this application; in fact, Zoho Cliq excels at creating effective team interactions, which is why the commercial industry has embraced it with such joy in recent years.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Cliq is a great tool for team collaboration and communication. It is simple to use and gives me everything I need to conduct secure interactions through live chat, where I can manage papers and share audio and video files.
