What differentiates Zoho Books from other similar products?

The following features that differentiates Zoho Books from other products are: - Very easy to setup and reporting. - Very well integration with Zoho CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The following things that I like most in Zoho Books are: - Set up automatic invoices for my clients. - I can integrate with all Zoho products like Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow etc. - Easily time tracking and sending invoices with the help of mobile app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The some points that I don't like in Zoho Books are: - Better customization needed in fonts, logo and forms. - Integration with other finance apps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Zoho Books for all type of business man for managing clients because It is very good and budget tool for managing our business digitally.

The online payment gateways that make it easy for our clients to pay all their invoices online.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The mobile app that allow me to do time-tracking and send invoices instantly while on service calls.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like better customization of forms, logos, and fonts

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a full solution for time-tracking, invoicing, bill-pay, accounting, and customer payments. It is much easier to use than QuickBooks Online. The pricing is affordable and easy to understand.

What differentiates Zoho Books from other similar products?

Zoho has a phenomenal support team and easy to use. It very affordable and simplifies invoicing process. The ease and speed with which I can edit invoices leave even my clients amazed, they credit me for being very prompt, I give Zoho thumbs up for that.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho caters to every of our accounting requirements. it s effective and we spend less time doing accounts. The best part is that it is easy to use even for non-accountant users. I love the client support service as whenever we raise an issue they attend to it quickly. I can say that it has streamlined and simplified our invoicing process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not that great for use in larger enterprises.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The user interface is intuitive, very easy to use, and provides us instant reports. It has enabled us to actually concentrate on the business rather than finance and accounting. Zoho Books is the best and easy to use for small and medium businesses.
