What differentiates Zoho Bookings from other similar products?

We are able to set up appointments online using its website or the bookable page that is customized. It is simple to arrange meetings with overseas clients thanks to the automatic translating and local time conversion. Utilize intake forms to obtain more information from clients. Present both free and paid meetings. Select a down payment or partial payment to deter cancellations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Additionally, it interfaces with Zoho Meeting for virtual meetings, Zoho CRM for managing leads, and Zapier for connecting to existing apps. When meetings are booked, canceled, or rescheduled, Zoho Bookings helps us send out emails to keep everyone updated. It sends numerous reminders in an effort to lower no-shows. Additionally, your browser, tablet, iOS, and Android apps all receive real-time updates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no feature that caps the number of bookings per client per week/month. SMS is not a built-in capability and needs to be integrated through outside software, adding to the overall operational costs. We made the decision to change locations and platforms as a result of these brief gaps. Pricing might have been less expensive than it is now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We struggle to schedule meetings with businesses that are located all over the world in various time zones, with individuals still at work and still working remotely. You can then provide a link, and individuals can then reserve a time that works for them. For unforeseen or anticipated scheduling changes, it is simple to adjust and personalize.

What differentiates Zoho Bookings from other similar products?

Everyone can pick the ideal moment to meet together and advance work with the aid of Zoho Bookings. Without needing to worry about scheduling meetings, sales teams can close more deals, recruiters can place more applicants, and support teams can address more issues. Double booking, no-shows, endless emails, and late payments are no longer a problem.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can now control team accessibility or grant team members with the authority to do so. Set a buffer time among meetings, show the team's combined capacity on the booking page, or let clients choose a team member. You should also provide slots for last-minute booking, cancellations, and rescheduling.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It irritates me a little bit that Zoho Bookings doesn't check my Google Calendar to see if I have any open slots using the current entries. Only direct reservations made through Zoho Bookings are used. Different timetables for various appointment kinds cannot be put up. Even creating various work plans for various individuals within the system proved challenging.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We may use it without having to pay for additional software because it is a component of the Zoho one bundle. If you only need one platform, such as Zoho Meetings, which is included in the Zoho One subscriptions, it is also quite easy to use and may be highly effective.
