What differentiates Zoho Assist from other similar products?
Zoho assist is a great remote access software which has helped my organization to cope up the difficulties of work from home. Easy to use dashboard, high level connectivity, and unattended access are the best features. Other competitor products lack this features by some extent and are therefore unable to provide the right balance between features and connectivity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The favorite aspects are easy connectivity with the client server when accessed remotely. It gives uninterrupted access when unattended and there is no need to create multiple logins every time. Easy file sharing with the team and across cross function verticals. It syncs very well with other products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The customer support provided is very slow and takes a while to reach. Sometimes there is a connection issue and it is hard to share screen with low internet bandwidth. It doesn't have any social media connectivity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Excellent product to subscribe. It serves wide range of organization from small to large organizations. All needs are fulfilled. Features are excellent and does great work.

What differentiates Zoho Assist from other similar products?
It does not require any previous installation on the client side, it is easy to use and operate, the support team is attentive and timely to any request you may have.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like its user interface because it is so organized and easy to understand, Zoho Assist provides a secure means to remotely assist clients and colleagues; it allows me to connect and control the client's PC to help them solve any technical issues related to the internet service. Zoho Assist allows me to screen share, transfer files quickly, I can send messages by chat, while I am active in a session, it also allows me to schedule them; its integration with other zoho tools of daily use, last but not least I like the Android mobile app because it works very well and gives me mobility.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It happens to me constantly that when I am during an active section Zoho Assist slows down the other processes I am running simultaneously with other tools, even does not allow me to perform almost any process on my device, I lose control of it, it is as if it occupies all the resources of my computer, which bothers me a lot because every time it happens I must leave the section to automatically regain control and practically start again, I think it deserves much attention this inconvenience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Assist allows us to optimize the technical support processes to end users thanks to the facility it provides for remote assistance, it has extensive features in terms of remote desktop that allow us to use all the resources of the assisted team.

The agent automatically uninstalls from the user’s computer when the remote support session is done
What do you dislike most about this product?
Transferring large files is tedious and often hangs
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it and especially try the mobile remote app.
