Good all in one good tool,but need some innovation

What differentiates Zoho from other similar products?

Zoho is different cause it is cheaper, has a full suite of tools in one place, and focuses on privacy. It is not the flashiest, but it gets the job done.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think what I like most about Zoho is how everything is just there, like you do not need to go use 5 different apps for doing work stuff. It is kind a simple but does lot of things.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not like how sometimes it get slow or like the interface looks kind a old fashioned Some features is hard to find or not easy to use at first time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you thinking to use Zoho, I would say give it some time to get use with it. Try the free version first, see what all tools you actually need. It is good for small business but make sure it fits what you looking for
