Extremely easy to implement and use. Support goes out of their way to answer you quickly and completely.

Go for it! This software is extremely easy to use. The support department is very helpful and responds quickly (usually within 15-30 minutes).

Ease of use and speed of tech support help.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The support is truly incredible. I almost always hear back from them the same day I open a ticket. I am also very impressed with the uptime; my site almost never goes down.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only real issue I have is there are not a lot of third party apps available. I think this is just because Zoey isn't as popular as other ecommerce platforms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
