What differentiates Zoey from other similar products?

The biggest selling point for us was the fact that Zoey has a native API for Netsuite, which results in a very reliable data transfer stream. The catalog management is also great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It took some getting used to, but once we figured out the quirks, we're really enjoying the content management and site-building tools incorporated into the software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well-intentioned software "upgrades" sometimes undo customizations in our install, and we have to de-bug and re-set preferences - very occasionally.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are running Netsuite as an ERP, this is hands-down the best solution that we found. We've beenusing it for almost three years, and we continue to be delighted with the software.
