Zephyr tries hard, but falls short

What differentiates Zephyr from other similar products?
It's directly integrated into Jira (Zephyr for jira cloud) instead of a separate instance altogether. This tightens the integration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The product sits on top of Jira (Zephyr for Jira Cloud) so it's very familiar to use
What do you dislike most about this product?
They simply do not innovate fast enough. I suggested many enhancements that would make my job much easier, and many others echoed the same sentiments in their support/forums, but they take forever to release new functionality
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Really evaluate all ALMs on the market - XRay, TestRail, etc
