A gestão é super fácil e em poucos minutos você consegue montar uma central de ajuda simples, sem muito apelo visual.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A personalização visual, design, não é de fácil customização. Para o Zendesk Guide ficar bonito, precisa contratar um Designer experiente.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Se já tiver algum produto da linha Zendesk, não pense em comprar outra plataforma. Existe muitos ganhos utilizando tudo da mesma suíte. Podem até existir integrações de outras plataformas com o Zendesk Support, mas nada é igual a uma integração nativa.
