It's simple to use, incredibly stable, and cost-effective (particularly when compared to increasing personnel or commissioning bespoke development), and support is prompt and actually helpful on the rare times when you need it. I enjoy how Zapier can incorporate information from various systems. It's simple to use and has a fantastic workflow; we like how we can utilize Zapier to grab information from our forms and transmit it to another platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few highly specialized use situations that necessitate innovative solutions, complicating Zap construction and maintenance. However, I have heard from a reliable source that the Zapier development team is willing to fix these if there is enough demand from the community.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Unless your company does not require process automation, cancel everything and join up for the free trial. You may be wondering how you managed without it for so long. Zapier is an excellent tool, and it was the only one we could find that met our data collecting requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the context Zapier provides when a Zap is not working. This really helps when troubleshooting a workflow. Most of the cheaper automation knockoffs don't offer this feature or if they do, it's not as helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost is my biggest issue. I'm not saying that the value isn't worth it, but there are now many competing products that offer automation at a fraction of the price.

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?

I save a lot of time by automating my company activities with Zapier. These automations keep me from forgetting or losing important information, and they spare me from repeatedly powering up and transferring data between my several gadgets. Zapier solution to our challenge is to reduce the amount of manual effort we undertake. Zapier produces a line entry in Google Sheets when an answer is captured in our video interview program, so we only have to mark one location.

Before proceeding, ensure that everything is operating well at each level of the automation. You don't have to wait till you've deployed your zap to debug it since you can do it right immediately. Zapier is fantastic since it connects the applications that we use the most. We use Willo for video interviews, and Zapier automatically feeds some of the information from the backend into Google Sheets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The finest chat option that we would have loved to employ, WhatsApp for business, is not included. Second, due to the cost, firms with limited funding may not be able to take use of it. The least helpful aspect of Zapier is that you have to carefully follow the instructions to set up your "zaps" else it may be difficult to determine where you made a mistake.

This is the best tool to integrate data and automate processes, it is a little more expensive than its competitors but they really do a good job.
