One of the best location search visibility and good highly quality support. Its strongly recemented to integrate our platform to business improvement .

Some time through 4xx error response instead of 5xx.

What differentiates Yext from other similar products?

The range of solutions that Yext offers from listings, to "Yext questions" is its differential and how it stands out. Yext can really generate and improve productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

First would be the benefit it can bring you, like having Yext Pages and listings all managed easily and fast in a single platform to enable your business online in many ways. That capability for me is the best. But not to forget the support tram, I really like Yext support too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much to dislike. It is a very good cost benefit solution. But if I have to pick something to dislike would be when you run out of development support hours in your package because you customized a lot of things in your Yext pages and have to wait before you can customize more or add another new feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That will depend on your business need and what solution you are considering from Yext, since each business may have different needs, but overall if you are considering Yext for Search Engine Listings (as an example) it is a no brainer! Go for it. For a very fair fee, you will have a big number of applications and channels (google, bing, waze, etc) easily manageable in a single platform. So, definitely worth checking it out!
