What differentiates Yext from other similar products?

So many features built into one easy to use platform. We use Knowledge Graph, Listings, Pages, Answers, Reviews and Analytics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Love the reviews feature part of Yext.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wish the reviews section had a better integration with Yelp, Trip Advisor so we could respond to reviews directly in the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Worth it I think for locations with over 20+ locations. I work with 200 restaurants and find it extremely useful

The URL is too long and ineffective. The SEO doesn't work.
