What differentiates Yext from other similar products?

Well, they promise you a lot in their sales pitch, but you REALLY need to read the fine print. Basically, their tactics are horrible and there are way too many other competitors doing the same thing they do!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I did like the ability to get all the client's info in one place and then make it easy to change when needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product was fine. The company and its tactics are what is in question here, they are very dishonest, and that is very disappointing!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at all the competitors to this company, do your homework, and if you are considering using Yext, read that agreement very carefully! Shady stuff in there, and their system does not recognize that YOU cancel your service, you have to call them, and be sure it is outside their 30-day policy. The platform sucks in that manor, and then you are stuck with them (even though you canceled, well you thought you did), because that money, they will not refund it! They will take your money and not even look back at you! Terrible for sure...
