The amount of features and the quality of the integrations with publishers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has so many features and customisation options that can be built to fit any need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the features require a lot of training and the UX could be improved in certain areas.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It might seem pricey at first, but it's important to understand the full potential and the possible return for your company.

What differentiates Yext from other similar products?
For the average small business or start up Text is integral, however Text has targeted Medium to Enterprise level maintainership and management as opposed to the clients I started out with and have since found similar features just as convenient with 70 to 90 percent effeciciency but takes a little longer to implement but the cost is 80 percent less than the ever changing hurdles of text.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Immediate easy to use setup, startup and implement. Set it and forget it type of sas but with the ability to grow and tweak for.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Long term high dollar subscriptions for a saas that is used once and implemented by AI routines that are freely saturating the market
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a start up consider seo, first and ppc. If you are mid level trying to edge your competition the owner or leadership should handle the account or in coordination with a technical liaison. If your a growing enterprise wanting to make an immediate impression on the web fast. This is your product!
