What differentiates Xenial from other similar products?
This has been very helpful for me to offer my services online and to be able to continue doing my other work, also I can manage the payments myself without resorting to a third party. It also seems to me that the system is quite successful with the amount of notifications it provides, I like to stay informed of anything that happens with my money.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It seems to me that something different from what we frequently use to make payments, it can also be used anywhere in the world so it is possible to expand business opportunities in other countries. It is possible to have several bank accounts within the system and keep track of the income of funds in a more controlled and secure way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At present, many of the physical stores have joined the virtual store movement, because it is essential to have a digital system that allows us to offer our services and have the security that we will not fall into a scam, that is why I like and recommend XPIENT IRIS POS, because although the registration process is very simple, it also provides security for the funds that are coming to us through the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
On some occasions the system has held or blocked some payments and it may take a while before releasing them. I fully understand that they are security issues, however, it can be a nuisance and even more so when you are providing a service or selling a product, since you must wait for confirmation from the XPIENT IRIS POS system.
