Very easy to use for everyone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Almost nothing. Everything is as it should be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You don't need to waste time trying alternatives. You don't have a chance to find a better one in terms of both price and features.

It's easy to use and customise, and the audit trail is transparent and tamper proof.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing, current interface. I think they can do better in simplifying the interface and reducing the number of clicks to sending the document for signature. Something like a quick sign feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. It has a lot of already great features and still has room to expand.
