Predominance of digital content as medium for storage, management, & retrieval, it maintain Massive heterogeneity of technical environments and content types
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Docushare Enterprise Content management life cycle helps control the explosive increase of content by using it effectively, from the beginning (creation) to the end (retirement).
What do you dislike most about this product?

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Each department should define standard workflows for their content. The purpose of these workflows is to ensure consistency across the department with how content is managed. The exact workflows that a department chooses to define will be based on the type of content and needs of that department, however, at a minimum, each content type should define their own workflows
