Xerox Docushare is very user-oriented

What differentiates Xerox DocuShare from other similar products?

DocuShare is far cheaper than the equivalents from other vendors. It is also a true ECM product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use, and flexibility.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The input channels could be improved from the desktop.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Plan before implementing. DocuShare is a powerful system but you should have a solid document management plan before you start.
