What differentiates Xerox DocuShare from other similar products?
For the most part if you are already in the Xerox hardware ecosystems you are natively connected and used to the product structure of services and this is a bonus over the rest.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that it comes with a lot of pre-configured process flows and business rules built in that actually get used!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have at times experienced workflow customization problems and had to reach out to support more than I would have liked. This isn’t really a dislike, but rather something more of an extra step that I experienced once in a while due to intricate business requirements.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Conduct a true needs assessment when looking at Xerox and its competition. Some of the other tools over complicate the product offering and it has been my experience that Xerox is more willing to work with you in an a la carte style more than the others. This will help you clearly understand what your organization needs.

What differentiates Xerox DocuShare from other similar products?
It differs from others because it easily integrates with other business applications, such as CRM and ERP, which allows for a frictionless flow of information and improves interdepartmental collaboration.With DocuShare, we have been able to implement a document management system that not only stores files, but also optimizes workflow across departments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Xerox DocuShare because it is particularly useful for teams in the professional services industry, where collaboration and document management are key. It's also great for companies that need to comply with archiving and documentation regulations because of its robust version control and auditing capabilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I also like the flexibility to design customized workflows according to the specific needs of the organization, allowing each team to adapt the system to the way they work, increasing efficiency in extremely dynamic and fast-paced work environments.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Xerox DocuShare as it is an exceptional tool for managing documents in a corporate environment, especially where collaboration and efficiency are paramount. However, in a highly agile environment that requires rapid and continuous adaptations, it may not be the right choice.
