What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some reports are too limited; referral information on checks is not available and it is complete chaos what you are allowed to put on checks, checks are illustrated in whatever odd order Xero puts them in, communication with the bank fails badly, it would be a nice option to be able to unsubscribe immediately, no 30 day wait; support is only via email. The mobile version could be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Xero is a very good product. It is solid and confidential. It is an excellent choice for reporting, bank source processing, payable balances are easy to view. It is very feasible to use and the amount of learning expectations. It is easy to train clients, plus we can send them added resources for corresponding learning by Xero. It is not suitable for small businesses as it does not offer full functionality.

With Xero we can manage the entire accounting area of the company without any inconvenience, because it has multiple tools that allow us to control finances, invoicing, purchases, ledger and more, from the same control panel. It has an easy-to-use interface, since, in the foreground, it shows the balance, invoices payable, cash flow, all in a quick and simple view.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Performing bank reconciliations and transactions is very simple, as it is added automatically in the program, without the need to add the process manually. Because it is such a popular software, it allows you to integrate many other very useful programs such as Freshdesk, Quickbooks, Zoho and more. Its mobile app is fantastic, as I can have the same control of the company's finances, from the mobile and it being a cloud based software, allows the mobile and computers to take up too much space.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are few complaints I have about the program, in general it works very well, only that their customer service could improve, as they do not respond in time to our calls, causing the solution to be postponed. For such a big and important company, they should pay more attention to their technical service department, since the automatic answers they send as a solution, are not what we expect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The acquisition of Xero has improved our accounting and financial profitability due to the simplicity of installation. This is a software that simplifies our accounting tasks because the creation of invoices is very easy. The user interface is dynamic and interactive. It allows us to create financial and accounting reports in a very simple way and with powerful editing capabilities. Xero is a great product to improve fluidity in the finance department.

Thanks to Xero we have been able to manage our company's accounting. We managed to automate all accounting processes, easily and reliably integrating all our cloud-based processes and the general server. Transactions are clean and fast and are automatically connected from Xero to our server.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally data tracking slows down and you have to format to be able to configure multiple currencies in real time. It does not have integrated "debtor chasing" so you have to take out a separate panel to review and track all unpaid invoices.

Excellent for small businesses to maintain quality accounting and get real-time information about their numbers. Helps provide tax and transaction management and reconciliation. It is simple, effective and cost efficient. It makes accounting more enjoyable and gives you accurate numbers in real time so you can budget forecasts. It also simplifies payroll, retirement and tax filing.
