What differentiates Xero from other similar products?

We use this software for our company's accounting and bank reconciliation. The software is very easy to use and has nothing to do with other complicated software that has been used in the past. With Xero I can do inventory and invoicing in a few clicks and in a few steps. It is very intuitive and easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One feature I like, is that it has mobile access, with the same functions and tools as its web version, so we can perform operations without problems outside the office. Bank reconciliations are done almost automatically, as well as payment collections. The calculation of taxes, expenses and other calculations are done perfectly and without errors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it can be a little confusing that the program gives several alternatives to do the same operation. I would also like the system to have an alert to know and know the customers in arrears and late payments, in this way to carry all the information in the same program and not have to access Excel lists for this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a software that has allowed us to be much faster and more efficient in the finance department of the company. Our invoices are paid up to date, without delays; the attention given by the support department has always been excellent, answering our doubts, that is why we are satisfied with the service.

Business financials and cash flow are updated in real time. Imports transactions from bank accounts. Unlimited user logins. Integrates with over 600 third-party trading applications. Supports multiple currencies. Data can be accessed through a single ledger, allowing accountants and clients to collaborate around financials.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

While it may not present the kind of reports that would set it apart from the competition, it has good integration with other applications that can generally get the job done. For accountants, the customer support is good enough. There is a large community, so you can usually find the answer you need if you have a problem.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not all useful reports are available. And you may never get them if they are not in the roadmap. I really only found one odd problem around perpetual forex revaluation that hasn't been resolved, and probably never will be. It's not critical, but it would be helpful. It does not support integration with other software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a cloud-based accounting software that connects banks, accountants, administrators and advisors from anywhere with any device with active internet. It performs all accounting tasks, from preparing general ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements to payroll, taxes, bank reconciliation and inventory management. Online invoicing allows you to send the invoice by e-mail.

What differentiates Xero from other similar products?

Ease of use. I really like the fact that Xero is user friendly, I didn't have to research much to learn how to use Xero.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how we can generate different kinds of financial reports within Xero.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Consolidation is bit tricky using Xero. Had to bit of a refreshing in the draft pay run each time when I make any changes in the employee pay template.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If the business is a small to medium size, Xero is a better choice.
