From a user standpoint, the system's intuitiveness has facilitated seamless adoption without any hurdles. Additionally, the seamless integration with our existing CRM system (Workbooks) was a significant advantage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Administering the XaitCPQ platform can prove to be quite intricate. We frequently leaned on XaitCPQ for guidance in the configuration design and programming of the configurator. The reporting module in CPQ, being a third-party tool, falls short in terms of usability and leaves much to be desired. Given that we were the inaugural company to implement the XaitCPQ/Workbooks CRM integration, there were instances when it felt like we were the pioneers testing the waters for that collaboration.

XaitCPQ is a software for Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) that gets the job done. The interface is user-friendly, making it easier for sales teams to whip up quotes. While it might not be the flashiest tool, it does offer solid features for configuring and pricing. The collaborative platform helps teams communicate, though it won't revolutionize your workflow. If you're looking for a straightforward CPQ solution with decent integration options for your CRM, XaitCPQ is a practical choice to streamline sales processes.

Chnaging the images for complex products with lots of variations and with different parameters is a lot easier with XaitCPQ than other programs.

XaitCPQ works with no trouble and provides an easy way of quoting and getting prices for the team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Creating document templates can take a little long although the process has significantly improved.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The output documentation requires a lot of administrative work because it's not acceptable at all. It took some time to understand the overall operation and design of XaitCPQ because it was apparently a little daunting to handle. More work is required for generating quotes with discounts for very complicated items.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Customers are already switching to it due to its functionality, but it is not instantly best suited for all professional situations, so you must configure it carefully to meet your complex requirements. A flawless and proper configuration is also required to avoid setting-related problems; once it is placed, it is yours to do as you please.
